A Mindful “Attentionist” Coach is an educated and supportive mentor who transforms their own beliefs and behavior and then coaches others on how to do the same.
Today I want to share with you the 3 main attributes of a Mindful Attentionist Coach:
1. They know the value of their attention, and they invest it wisely.
2. They have learned how to hold space for themselves and others so that their clients feel heard and seen.
3. They practice what they preach: They coach themselves first and then go on to help others do the same.

My new program is based on nearly 4 decades of experience, exposure, and creativity in the field of mindfulness education at both personal and professional levels. An education from M.A.C. will teach you how to reach your own highest level of mindful choice-making and awakeness, and empower you to help others do the same, making a real difference in their lives and the world we share.
