Mitra provides online “Attentionist” Personal Coaching. All appointments are on Zoom only.
She helps you see the deeper and bigger picture of your choices more clearly, from “where you are now” to “where you would like to be”. She guides you through an inner shift and an outer process to help you bridge the gap between your current state and your goals, and achieve lasting and meaningful results.
Mitra’s role in this context is a trusted and confidential sounding board, an honest and supportive partner who helps you peacefully navigate your life choices and achieve your most rewarding goals for a happier life.
Each session is 50 minutes long and consists of a short meditation, your check-in, an extensive process of coaching, Q&A, and a summary of the relevant points discussed in the session. A written summary of 3 main points is also provided as a text on the following day.
You can access this service anywhere in the world. All you need is a computer/ smartphone, an Internet connection, and a desire to be happier & lead a more mindful life!
Mitra has a non-negotiable 24-hour cancellation policy with full payment for no-shows and last-minute cancellations.

In essence, Mitra provides a 360-degree survey from a wider choice point, and an elevated & thorough inner & outer perspective that allows you to best identify your skills, needs, and values, grow in and beyond your current position, improve your productivity, and achieve more sustainable happiness at work and at home.
Her coaching covers many subjects, including: Compassionate Self-Awareness, Mindful Interpersonal Relationships and Listening Skills, True Influence, Peaceful Communication at Work and Home, Effective Leadership During Times of Change, Professional and Personal Life Balance, Working With Non-Monogamous Love Relationships… and other subjects that many executives struggle to identify and address.
