WHAT IS THIS COURSE ABOUT?

If you Google the most common addictions, you’ll probably find alcohol, drugs, and gambling at the top of the list. However, what hides below the radar is our global and collective addiction to thinking. In fact, thinking is such a common addiction and has been normalized to such a degree that we do not see it as an addiction! But we all know how hard it can be to manage our thoughts—especially the negative ones—how loud and repetitive they can become, and how disruptive to our well-being.

This 4-week class will teach you wiser and more effective ways of mindfully working with your overthinking mind at home and at work. We know we can’t stop our thoughts, but we can better understand different layers and functions of thinking, and manage or command our thoughts more often and more effectively.

MEET MITRA MANESH

Mindfulness Educator

Mitra Manesh is a senior mindfulness educator at UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center, known for her storytelling and innovative teachings.  For almost 4 decades she has been helping people of all ages and many different cultures to live, love, and lead more consciously.

Mitra is also the creator of Mindful Attentionist Coaching (MAC) programs—self-coaching & professional coaching—an inside-out deep dive into a life of choice and wellbeing. She is the host of “Lights On”, a podcast offering practical education for a mindful life at home and at work, as well as a senior coach to many well-known and unknown happy people.

After you purchase the course, you have unlimited access to it. Your course can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can watch the lessons at your own pace and come back to them as many times as you need.

Is the course in audio or video format?

The course is in video format. It includes 4+ hours of recorded video.

How do I access the course?
